　　Hubei Liushugou Mining Group was founded in 1987 and is large scale enterprise specialized in phosphorus resource development. Our company headquarter is located in Yiling District of Yichang City in Hubei province. Based on the support of national policies and guidelines and the guidance from each level of government, our company has developed into a modern enterprise group. Except Hubei Liushugou Mining Limited Liability Company, there are many branches in the group such as Hubei Liushugou Dingxi Phosphorite Co., Ltd, Hubei Liushugou Chemical Technology Co., Ltd and other over 10 subsidiaries.1. Hubei Liushugou Dingxi Phosphorite Co., Ltd is located in Zhangcun ping Town, Yiling District of Yichang City. It has an Dingxi Phosphorite mine with annual mining capacity of 1 million tons and the there is a dense medium dressing plant with annual capacity of 600,000 tons2. Hubei Liushugou Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Phosphorite Chemical Industrial Park of Yaqueling Town, Yichang City. It mainly is engaged in phosphorite fine chemical projects. The main products are industrial grade phosphorus pentoxide, phosphoric acid, polyphosphoric acid and monoammonium phosphate etc.3. Hubei Liushugou Auto Transport Co., Ltd. is located in Huanghua Town, Yiling District of Yichang City. The company has over 100 sets of transportation vehicles.4. Yichang Liushugou Import and Export Co., Ltd. is located in Xiaoxita Town, Fuling District of Yichang City. It is an international trade company engaged in phosphorite chemical products. It has independent import-export authentication. The business cope covers over 20 countries and regions.5. Xingshan Liangte Fine Powder Co., Ltd. is located in Huangliang Eco-industry Park of Xingshan County in Yichang City. It is a new and high tech enterprise specialized in kaoline mining, manufacturing, sale and research. There are 2 high quality kaoline mines and 1 kaoline fine powder manufacturing plant with annual production capacity of 48,000 tons.6. Yichang Chengxin Industry and Trade LLC. is located in Zhangcunping Town, Yiling district of Yichang City. There is Sunjiadun phosphorite of 48 million tons high grade phosphorite.7. Yichang West Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Jiangbei Phosphorite Chemical Zone of Yuan’an Industrial Park of Hubei Province. It covers an area of 911.1 mu. There is dressing plant of annual production capaicity 900,000 tons and monoammonium phosphate production line of 100,000 tons annual production capacity.

　　Currently our enterprise asset is about RMB 1.25 billion Yuan. And we have about 1800 employees and advanced production, safety and manufacturing equipment and technique. In 2012 our group realized total industrial output value about RMB 1.001 billion Yuan and benefit and tax about RMB 355 million Yuan. In recent years we have invest about RMB 120 million Yuan in social infrastructure construction, public welfare establishments and education development fields.
